Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not happy with any of your purchases and decide that you wish to send back your items, we accept returns for a refund up to 14 days after purchase at your own expense. Provided that items are all in their original packaging, in an unused, undamaged condition with all the original labels still attached. 

We reserve the right to not issue you with a refund if the items are returned to us in a condition that is outside the terms of our Returns Policy. These items can be returned to you at your own expense if requested. Please email us for more information.

We advise you to return your items to us via ‘recorded signed for’ or ‘tracked’ delivery at your local Post Office and obtain proof of purchase to ensure that your order is received safely by us and can be tracked. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged orders that do not reach us safely and therefore we will not be able to process a refund in this situation. 

How to return items to us:
1. Check items are in suitable condition for return as stated in our Returns Policy.
2. Package items into original packaging with all labels still attached.
3. Write the reason for return on the original delivery note enclosed and send this back to us in the original packaging provided.
4. Take your items in to your local Post Office and post it to the address provided on the returns label. It is recommended to post your items ‘recorded signed for’ or ‘tracked’ delivery as this will ensure safe delivery to us to process your refund.
5. Obtain a postage receipt as this will confirm your proof of delivery to us.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not currently offer an exchange on any items but we are happy to provide you with a full refund within the 14 day Return Policy. Provided that items are all in their original packaging, in an unused, undamaged condition with all the original labels still attached. 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty item on delivery, please contact us at tearoselondon@gmail.com as soon as you receive the item.
